BHI/Contract Design Group (BHI/CDG) combines creativity with function and budget understanding into our design projects. Projects start with planning and programming to establish client needs and desires, then through our knowledge and experience we translate that vision into finished projects.We produce
complete detailed documents and specifications that allow for competitive bidding. During construction BHI/CDG becomes the client's representative and makes regular site visits to answer questions and ensure the project is being built according to the approved plans.
